No sound (iOS)

First, please check your silent mode (vibrate) and volume settings.
Try turning off the manners mode and turning up the volume.
If you connect it to earphones or speakers, you can hear the sound.
If this does not fix the problem, please contact me.

Something is wrong

+ Update the app to the latest version.
+ Restart the app.
+ Restart your phone.

There is no sound.

Please Recheck two settings: the volume setting of the device and the volume setting in the app.
Please check the manners mode or reinstall the app.

Data migration for smartphone device replacement

Currently, the app itself does not have that feature.

. However, if it is iOS -> iOS or Android->Android, the phone itself may have the ability to back up the saved data to the cloud.
. You may be able to transfer data to a new device with it. Please contact the manufacturer of the smartphone device.
